In his current role, Mike is leading the execution of El Dorado Hills and Wilmington business plans to substantially grow in size and services offered over the next several years.

Peter Arth is an environmental scientist with a passion for applying an understanding of the intersection of toxicology, biology, ecology, and chemistry to understand, navigate, and solve complex environmental issues. Over the course of his career in environmental laboratory services and consulting, he’s held positions as analyst, project manager, and operations manager. He is currently the Director of Enthalpy Analytical’s Environmental Toxicology division where he oversees its technical, financial, and strategic success.
Peter has led laboratory-driven toxicological programs for commercial, industrial, governmental, and academic partners. He is well-versed in all aspects of performing and interpreting toxicity tests under guidelines published by a variety of regulatory agencies. His primary technical focus and expertise is the design, performance, and interpretation of site-specific toxicity investigations in freshwater, marine, and terrestrial environments. He has been engaged in Toxicity Identification Evaluations and other toxicity testing method development and adaptation, advocated for novel uses of bioassays as regulatory and risk assessment tools, and has presented his work at meetings and conferences across the country.
In all programs, Peter places a strong emphasis on effective collaboration, developing clear goals and objectives and attaining them cost efficiently, using sound experimental design, achieving unassailable data quality, and gaining client and regulatory approval.

Mark is a co-founder and Managing Director of Epic Environmental, an Australian environmental firm recently acquired by Montrose.
For 26 years, Mark has worked in statutory approvals, environmental health, community/First Nations engagement, and ecological consulting. In the last 10 years, he's focused on critical minerals, leading approvals for Australia's first vanadium mine and assessing various base metal and minerals projects. He's developed nature-positive strategies, using science-based arguments for grid-scale renewables and industrial projects. Mark is on the Board of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand, where he leads governance initiatives and acts as a certified ecologist and Impact Assessment specialist for environmental matters in courts.

Prior to this role, Greg worked in various management positions for companies including ARI Environmental Inc. and Golden Specialty Consulting as well as other roles for the Montrose Air Quality Services team where he was awarded District Manager of the Year. The journey that led me to Montrose Environmental was not on the standard path into our industry. From military academy to service in the U.S. Army to what was my first civilian job in manufacturing for the Pulp and Paper industry. Afterwards, I settled into a decade long stint as a boiler tuner and consultant for coal fired power plants across the U.S. An opportunity opened on the environmental side where I managed a small CEMS integration group within the company that Montrose ultimately acquired in 2013. Since then my contribution has largely been on the personnel and equipment management side in the Logistics group of MAQS Stack as VP Operations while also assuming the Southeast RVP responsibilities in 2022.

Alina Cole has been with Montrose for over 5 years, first supporting and now leading the development of the biogas team. She started as a lead process engineer, with a focus on the anaerobic digestion side, and continued on to lead multi-disciplinary design teams on greenfield EPC projects. She now oversees all projects, from conceptual design all the way through to commissioning, start-up, and operations support. Prior to Montrose, Alina gained 10+ years' experience in commercial, industrial, and municipal water and wastewater treatment applications, as well as R&D. She has served clients in food processing, rendering, heavy industrial, city sewers and treatment plants, power generation, and biofuels, providing design and process engineering as well as direct field-work.
Alina has a BS in Chemical Engineering and PhD in Environmental Engineering and holds PE licensure in Minnesota, Kansas, and Idaho.

Allan Dicks is Chief Financial Officer of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Prior to joining Montrose, Mr. Dicks held CFO positions at several companies, including a public Canadian healthcare company, a large privately held security services company, and billion-dollar divisions of Dole Food Company, Inc. and Land O’ Lakes, Inc.; he also held a VP Finance position at HD Supply, Inc. Mr. Dicks previously spent nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, both in the assurance group and as senior manager in the mergers and acquisitions group.
Mr. Dicks’ experience spans both public and private equity-backed companies, and he has deep experience with highly acquisitive companies. Ellen serves as the Southeast Regional Vice President of the Environmental Consulting and Engineering Division at Montrose Environmental Solutions. With over 27 years of experience, Ellen is a multi‐dimensional hands‐on engineering professional. She drives and manages business and employee growth with her leadership skills, vision, creativity, and business acumen.
Ellen has extensive prior experience in the civil and environmental engineering and construction-related fields. Leading her own Civil Engineering Firm, she served as the Director of Operations for the legacy MSE Group overseeing a team of 100 employees. As Federal Program Manager, she is responsible for contracts above $100MM for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Air Force Reserve Command, General Services Administration, and the U.S. Coast Guard. He began as a Field Technician in 1978 at PEDCo Environmental, Inc and later became Regional Manager and subsequently Division Manager for ARI Environmental, Inc. At ARI Environmental he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, provided technical oversight, and on-the-job training of project managers and technicians. ARI Environmental was acquired by Montrose in 2015.

His role involves overseeing the infrared camera operations catering to various regulatory standards such as NSPS OOOO, OOOOa, Subpart W, and many more. With over 9 years of experience in air compliance, Michael manages a team of over 50 technicians and managers. His responsibilities include project completion, compliance management, internal training, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
In addition to managing operations, Michael oversees the Quality Management System within the Division. He has developed an internal training program and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all employees, focusing on equipment usage in the field and compliance with federal and state LDAR regulations.

Jose Revuelta is Chief Strategy Officer of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. and part of the founding team. In this capacity, he oversees all the firm’s partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and new initiatives. Mr. Revuelta brings significant leadership and management experience to the Company. Previously, Mr. Revuelta was a Vice President with the Infrastructure and Private Equity business of UBS Global Asset Management, where he focused on the energy, utility, transportation, and environmental sectors. In this capacity, Mr. Revuelta helped oversee a $10bn portfolio and was responsible for Finance and Tax oversight for all US holding entities.
Mr. Revuelta was on the Board of Northern Star Generation, a US IPP with 1,412MW of gas and waste-coal power plants, where he helped lead re-financings and commodity hedges valued at over $1bn. Prior to his role at UBS Global Asset Management, Mr. Revuelta was a member of the Infrastructure Group in the Investment Banking division of UBS. Mr. Revuelta received his MBA from the Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and a MS/BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.

Rick is an ecotoxicologist with 40 years of experience using damage and risk assessments to characterize environmental injuries caused by chemical contamination, industrial accidents, and natural disasters. He advises companies and governments on restoration strategies for aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. He has experience in the US and other countries with planning and oversight of environmental baseline assessments supporting damage claims arising from large pollution incidents and natural disasters.
Rick joined the Ecosystem Service Economics (ESE) team in the Advisory and Specialty Services business group in 2022 and took over as the team's leader in 2023. The ESE of economists, nature restoration experts, and impact/risk experts advises clients on the costs, risks, and benefits of business investments, environmental decisions, and liability claims arising from industrial accidents, litigation, and regulatory disputes.
Rick is an avid science writer. He is co-editor of the first book on methods for setting sediment quality goals and is currently working on the second edition. He is the founding editor-in-chief of two international science journals, Environmental Forensics and Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management (IEAM).

Dr. Zemek has over 30 years in the field of environmental consulting and testing – integrating emerging technologies into process and environmental applications in air, soil, and groundwater for numerous global clients – utilizing the latest science and engineering innovations to create cost-effective and efficient solutions to solve real-world problems.
Performing advanced instrumental testing and analytical product development in more than 23 countries, Dr. Zemek has also conducted volcanic optical remote sensing on many volcanic plumes and metropolitan areas around the globe. He is presently working on open path and low-cost sensor fenceline measurements utilizing state-of-the-art technologies such as Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCL) and Proton Transfer Reaction Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (PTR-TOF-MS) mobile platforms. Dr. Zemek has delivered more than 50 featured presentations on emissions measurements and product development at various international trade conferences/committees.
Dr. Zemek authored the Guide to FTIR Technology for Compliance Testing as Chairman and Board member of the ICAC. He holds a patent and patent applications on laser technologies and presently sits on Montrose’s R&D group and is working on PFAS mitigation and carbon capture and sequestration technologies. Dr. Zemek has US EPA Hazwopper Certification, and holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry – Environmental Engineering and a Masters of Science in Environmental Science, both from Rutgers University.
